Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, litigation management, legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, and handling discovery and other litigation-related tasks, primarily for wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions in California. The ideal candidate will also have experience with California employment advice and counseling, including drafting employment and severance agreements, employment policies, and employee handbooks.
