The Cincinnati, Ohio office of a national insurance and general practice law firm is seeking an Associate attorney. The firm seeks candidates with at least five years of experience in litigation. Experience with property and casualty claims is a plus. Duties include motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis.Applicants must already be licensed to practice in Ohio, be self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. This is not an entry-level position, and the posted salary range is commensurate with years of experience.
