Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group in the Cincinnati office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working on complex transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions. Additional experience with commercial contracts or corporate governance matters is a plus. A superior academic record, strong work ethic and excellent drafting skills are required.The estimated annual salary range for this position is $180,000-$220,000. Exact salary will be determined by the experience and skillset of the candidate.
