Flagel & Papakirk LLC, a regional law firm, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of complex matters from inception through resolution.Qualifications:
- 7+ years of litigation experience, including conducting discovery and advocating in court and other proceedings
- Active license in Ohio (and, preferably, Kentucky)
- Strong knowledge of state and federal litigation practices and procedure
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team
- Professional judgment, attention to detail, and strong client communication skills
