We have an immediate opening in our Minneapolis office for a Civil Litigation Associate with five to eight years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of litigation in the mass tort space, including conducting factual investigations, managing discovery, preparing pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, communicating with clients, and generally managing cases with a high degree of autonomy.

Candidates should have an active Minnesota bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. Additional bar licensure in California, Florida, or Texas is preferred. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position is $230,000 to $270,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
