Dykema seeks a litigation associate with 3–5 years of experience in complex litigation, with a focus on product liability and class action matters, to join our Minneapolis office. Candidates with defense-side catastrophic injury experience are highly preferred. Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing company witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation, and trial work. Qualified candidates will have substantial experience handling all phases of a case, including fact investigation and discovery. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an interest in trial work, and prior deposition experience is a plus. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to practice law in Minnesota is required.
