Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial and appeal.
- Draft and argue motions; handle written discovery and depositions.
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate closely with other attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
- Active Utah Bar License.
- 2–8 years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and excellent communication.
- Applicants are not expected to bring an existing book of business.
- Part-time options may be considered for exceptional candidates.
