The Capital Markets (https://www.skadden.com/capabilities/practices/capital-markets) team in the New York office (https://www.skadden.com/locations/americas/new-york) is seeking outstanding junior to mid-level lateral candidates (i.e., class of 2023/2022) with expertise in debt (high yield and investment grade) and equity offerings (public and private offerings) as well as general corporate experience, including advising on public disclosure and corporate governance matters.  High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred.  The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 to $310,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
