This is a remote position.
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
Hedy Golshani has been practicing law in the Workers' Compensation arena for more than 19 years. She is a Board Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist and has worked both as an Applicant as well as a Defense attorney.
For the last 14 years, she has focused her time on defending numerous employers and carriers and has helped them save millions of dollars by resolving their cases in an expedited manner.
She has and continues to handle catastrophic cases throughout the State of California and has one of highest closure rates among all Workers' Compensation attorneys.
Hedy Golshani has handled national accounts and throughout her career has managed hundreds of attorneys.
She also continues to work as both an attorney and consultant for many of her clients and has been successful in helping many employers minimize their Workers' Compensation exposure through restructuring of their safety measures.
Hedy Golshani is looking forward to expanding her vision of a firm dedicated to aggressive case handling through integrity and hard work throughout the State of California.
