Description:
Dordick Law Corporation is seeking an experienced licensed attorney or non-barred JD to manage complex written discovery in California personal injury litigation.

The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, have a deep familiarity with the California DIscovery Rules and procedures, and be tech-savvy.

Preference will be given to applicantants familiar with and enthusiastic about the use of AI to streamline discovery and ensure timely, accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and responding to written discovery.
  • Managing meet-and-confers and assisting with motions to compel.
  • Work directly with clients to verify and prepare responsive documents.
  • Work with lead attorneys to develop case strategies and themes
  • Organize and maintain discovery case files within the firm's case management systems.

Requirements:
  • JD Required; CA Bar Preferred
  • 5+ years of plaintiff PI ligitation experience
  • Deep knowledge of California discovery rules
  • Must work in-office; this is not a remote role
  • Must be proactive and work independently
