Responsibilities:

Follow a clear growth track toward becoming a case-handling attorney
Represent clients both virtually and in-person in depositions, hearings, and trials
Collaborate with the case handling attorney to develop deposition and trial strategies
Review and analyze medical records, employment records, and other relevant documents
Assist in conducting effective discovery to gather critical evidence for litigation
Analyze medical records and legal reports using AMA Guides to Permanent Disability (5th Edition)
Assist with rating permanent disability and drafting settlement demands based on comprehensive case value assessments
Assist with negotiating settlements and provide clients with informed legal guidance
Prepare and draft legal documents including pre-trial conference statements, 5710 fee demands, and client correspondence

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Currently admitted to a State Bar or awaiting Bar exam results
Exceptional legal writing and research skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment
