Description:

**No Workers' Compensation Experience Required**

At A Litigation and Disability Law Firm, we pride ourselves on being a nationally recognized “full-service” law firm specializing in California Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability. Led by civil rights experts and Partners Jason Turkish, Jessica Turkish, Melissa
Nyman, Spencer Nyman, and California Workers' Compensation Chair Brant Bruner, we've helped thousands of claimants recover tens of millions in benefits.

A Litigation and Disability Law Firm offers unmatched representation for individuals with workplace injuries and disabilities. Our structure and workflows allow us to provide clients with personalized and efficient “boutique” representation at every step of the process.

Our California Workers' Compensation department is the fastest-growing department in the firm, offering attorneys long-term career growth. Most of our clients are unable to return to the open labor market, making our case pipeline both unique and impactful.

Our firm structure and systems are designed to provide our attorneys with opportunity to succeed from day one. Our proprietary case management system, built specifically for California Workers' Compensation, uses AI and modern technology to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.

If you're passionate about advocating for injured workers and want to make a meaningful impact alongside an experienced and innovative team, we invite you to join A Litigation and Disability Law Firm.
