Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a Caseload: Oversee Social Security Disability cases set for hearing, with a focus on strategic case management and optimal outcomes. Review medical records and draft winning arguments on behalf of your clients.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent clients at hearings before Administrative Law Judges, cross-examine vocational and medical experts, and ensure thorough preparation and confident, skillful advocacy.
  • Case Strategy: Assess, evaluate, and develop effective case strategies tailored to each client's unique situation, leveraging legal expertise to achieve favorable results.
  • Client Communication: Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates and empathetic support throughout the process.
  • Legal Research & Development: Stay up to date with changes to Social Security Disability regulations, case law, and other relevant precedents to ensure informed representation.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Admitted to any State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
  • Review & Writing Skills: Ability to review and synthesize medical records and the capacity to draft clear, compelling legal briefs.
  • Oral Advocacy: Confident and persuasive oral communication skills, including experience cross-examining witnesses and advocating before ALJs.
  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
