Henderson Franklin is currently seeking a skilled mid-level business and tax/mergers and acquisitions attorney to join our Fort Myers practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience, preferably with a transferrable book of business, and a background in corporate and business planning, business succession planning, business tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions. An LL.M. in taxation or CPA designation is highly preferred.
