Gunster is seeking to hire a Staff Attorney with 5-8 years of experience to join the firm's Private Wealth Services ("PWS") practice in its growing Tampa office. This position is a non-shareholder track role.Gunster's PWS group is a Chambers and Partners Band 1 practice involved in a dynamic, sophisticated, and complex practice involving high net worth clients. A number of the firm's attorneys are members of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), providing interdisciplinary advice to individuals, families, business owners, and family offices, as well as fiduciary representation throughout the state
The successful candidate will ideally have large firm experience and top academics. Florida Bar admission is required. As a Staff Attorney a book of business is not required. Tax LL.M. or C.P.A. is a plus.
