Description:
We're looking for a sharp, driven Associate to join our litigation team. This is a hands-on role with meaningful responsibility from day one. You will work on sophisticated matters across US and cross-border disputes, collaborate with a high-performing international team, and play a key role in our clients' success.Responsibilities:
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy and analysis
- Support matters across all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation through enforcement
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and motion practice; support trial preparation
- Manage discovery, including document review, production, and evidence development
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel on day-to-day matters
- Manage deadlines and multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- JD from a US law school
- Active Bar admission
- 2-3 years of experience in business litigation
- Strong familiarity with US litigation procedures and court practice
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
Preferred Qualifications:
- California Bar admission strongly preferred
- Experience with crypto, IP, or technology-related disputes
