Winston & Strawn is looking for a mid-level associate to join its structured finance group. Ideal candidates will have three to six years of structured finance experience. We are looking for candidates who have strong deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures. Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred but not required.
