Frenkel Lambert Weisman & Gordon, LLP is a multi-state law firm concentrating in the representation of mortgage lenders, loan servicers, investors, and other creditors in all aspects of creditors' rights litigation. We are seeking an attorney with 1-3 years bankruptcy experience representing creditors in the State of Florida.The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida (required).
- Admitted to all Florida Bankruptcy Districts.
- Minimum of one (1) years creditor bankruptcy experience in all bankruptcy chapters.
- Review motions for relief from the automatic stay, proofs of claim, objections to discharge and other bankruptcy documents/matters
- Familiarity with foreclosure process or any foreclosure experience a plus
