We are seeking an experienced Immigration Litigation Attorney who is passionate about immigrant advocacy and has experience handling EOIR proceedings, Immigration Court litigation, Removal Defense, Asylum, Humanitarian Relief, Family-Based Immigration, and USCIS matters.

What You'll Do:
As an Immigration Litigation Attorney, you will serve on the front lines of immigration advocacy, representing clients whose futures, freedom, and families often depend on the outcome of their cases.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)
  • Appear before Immigration Court during:
  • Master Calendar Hearings
  • Individual Hearings
  • Bond Hearings
  • Merits Hearings
  • Represent clients before USCIS during:
  • Adjustment of Status Interviews
  • Marriage-Based Green Card Interviews
  • Naturalization Interviews
  • Asylum Interviews
  • Other USCIS appointments
  • Prepare and litigate:
  • Motions to Reopen
  • Motions to Reconsider
  • Appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
  • Legal Briefs
  • Legal Memoranda
  • Complex Motions
  • Develop legal strategies for:
  • Removal Defense
  • Defensive Asylum
  • Affirmative Asylum
  • Cancellation of Removal
  • Waivers of Inadmissibility
  • Family-Based Immigration
  • Adjustment of Status
  • Humanitarian Immigration
  • VAWA Petitions
  • U Visa Petitions
  • T Visa Petitions
  • SIJS
  • Other humanitarian forms of relief
  • Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and interviews
  • Conduct legal research and analyze complex immigration issues
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and Case Coordinators
  • Manage a diverse litigation caseload while maintaining exceptional client service
  • Build trusted relationships with clients during some of the most important moments of their lives

Qualifications Required
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 3 years of Immigration Law experience
  • Experience appearing before EOIR / Immigration Court
  • Strong legal writing, litigation, research, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to independently manage complex immigration litigation matters
  • Strong organizational and case management skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
