Phillips Lytle is looking to expand our talent within our Banking and Financial Services Practice.
We represent a wide range of financial institutions and prominent businesses on sophisticated transactions on a national scale.
The Banking and Financial Services Practice Group seeks to hire an Attorney (Buffalo) with 4-6 years of experience handling secured financial transactions and/or commercial real estate experience, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents (i.e. loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements) and collecting and reviewing due diligence (i.e. title reports, UCC searches, entity formation documents, leases).
