Orrick seeks an associate with three to seven years of experience to join our internationally recognized Banking & Finance practice. Our practice is focused on representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of debt financings, both domestically and internationally, including private credit transactions, receivables financings, structured credit, distressed financings, syndicated credit facilities and growth capital financings.
While we are focused on finding an associate that would be located in New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, successful candidates can be based in any of our U.S. offices.
Qualifications:
- Three to seven years of relevant law firm experience.
- Candidates must be highly motivated and have superior client service skills.
- Must be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State and satisfy any requirements of the Orrick office's jurisdiction.
