A Business Litigation Firm is seeking a Partner with 6+ years of experience in Auto and/or General Liability practice, to join our Utah office. A portable book of business of any size is required for this position. While portable business is a requirement, the firm has ample work to keep the candidate busy. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of auto and/or general liability practice, and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. Our firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment, complete with professional development programs, including in-house CLE and Trial College, and the opportunity to try cases to a jury.

Qualifications:

JD degree from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Utah
6 plus years litigation experience in insurance defense
Strong experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, conducting depositions, making court appearances and trial preparation
Excellent oral advocacy and written communications skills
