From that point forward, we strive to deliver results that are expected by our clients.The Mt. Laurel, NJ office of Cipriani & Werner is currently seeking a full-time Worker's Compensation Associate. The ideal candidate will be proficient in time-management, writing, and communication, with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast-paced and collegial work environment. Responsibilities will include evaluating new files, client communications, discovery production, researching and preparing legal memoranda on various areas of law, preparing and arguing discovery, substantive, dispositive pre- and post-trial motions and appeals, attending pretrial listings, Motions and trial.
Must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school, and maintain an active license in good standing in New Jersey. 1-3 years of meaningful New Jersey workers' compensation insurance defense experience preferred, but not required.
