Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Attorney Writer with a strong background in immigration law and legal writing. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting motions, briefs, and supporting documentation for filings before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA. This is an excellent opportunity for a detailed-oriented attorney who excels in legal research and persuasive writing.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft motions, briefs, appeals, and supporting memoranda for EOIR, BIA, and federal court cases.
  • Prepare USCIS petitions and applications, including waivers, asylum statements, and adjustment filings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and develop creative legal arguments.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to prepare cases for hearings and interviews.
  • Review and edit client affidavits and supporting evidence for clarity and consistency.
  • Stay current on immigration law updates, case law, and policy changes.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school; must be licensed and in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 1–3 years of experience in immigration law (asylum, waivers, removal defense, family or employment-based).
  • Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written work under deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to immigrant advocacy.
