We're seeking a full-time General Liability Associate to join our Buffalo, New York team. Candidates should have at least three years of experience managing the full life cycle of litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and preparation for mediation, arbitration, and trial. Actual trial experience is not required. The ideal candidate has strong writing and analytical skills, exercises sound judgment, and brings experience in civil litigation. Experience with professional liability matters is a plus but not required. Admission to the New York Bar is required. We have offices throughout the state and offer flexible remote work options.
The annualized salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package, which features health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and additional offerings designed to support overall well-being.
