Seattle Law Firm & Trial Lawyers has an immediate opening for a full-time lateral or contract attorney to work with our Toxic Torts team. SGB seeks candidates with at least 3 years of experience and a background in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation, toxic or mass torts, product liability, and medical malpractice. We are looking for someone with demonstrated litigation skills, who can work up complex cases through all phases of discovery. The applicant must be a strong writer and have experience with appeals, summary judgment motions, or other complex motions. Trial and other courtroom experience is preferred. The applicant must be licensed in Washington or be able to become licensed in Washington within 6 months. SGB works primarily on contingency, so, while the position is full-time, there are no billable-hour requirements.
