As an attorney with Lorenz & Lorenz, PLLC in our Pre-Litigation Department your main goal will be to negotiate a settlement on behalf of our clients pre-suit. This is a great position for an attorney who wants to learn personal injury without the pressure of having to go to Court.

Newly Licensed Attorneys are encouraged to apply!!!

This is mostly a remote position. We require in-office the first 90 days to learn our system and culture after 90 days it is "come and go as you please" with an in-office meeting each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and keep them informed about their cases
• Negotiate personal injury cases mostly car and truck accident cases.
• Accurately enter and update case information in our CRM system (Litify/Salesforce).
• Protect sensitive information and maintain strict client confidentiality.
• Actively participate in training and team meetings to stay aligned with firm goals and best practices.

Qualifications:

• An active Texas bar license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce/Litify experience a plus).
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required—Spanish fluency is a plus.
