Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the state of New York
2+ years in NY Supreme Courts
Superior analytical skills
Professional written work product, with the ability to concisely explain what matters most and why for clients, courts and litigant counsel

Responsibilities:

Participate in all facets of discovery, including depositions
Analyze coverage issues and draft coverage position letters
Understanding and applying CPLR rules and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
Settlement negotiations and ADR Forums
Draft substantive motions in State and Federal Courts
Work directly with Fortune 100 clients in the defense and prosecution of litigation matters
