We are seeking an Attorney to become a part of our team! Our firm represents healthcare clients, such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and physicians in civil litigation, binding arbitration, and administrative proceedings.Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Manage an assigned case load
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Perform legal research
Qualifications:
- Admission to The Florida Bar
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
