Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents under the guidance of experienced attorneys.
- Observe and participate in client meetings, closings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with our team to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Engage in case management, document review, due diligence, closings, and trials.
- Contribute to client service initiatives and gain exposure to client relationship management.
