Corporate transactional experience and experience in buying and selling businesses is preferred. The ideal candidate will have existing clients but with room for referred business, strong academic credentials, and work history. Must have excellent professional references. Compensation is consistent with highly experienced partner level attorneys and is expected to be $200,000-350,000+ but is based on receipts collected. Benefit package available.Requirements:
