Description:
Personal injury firm with proven track record of high-quality legal services seeks to add another attorney to our Raleigh team. The perfect match should have at least 3 years of personal injury experience, including complex litigation and the ability to run major injury cases. The ability to manage others is a plus as this attorney will need to manage both pre-lit and litigation paralegals while handling cases.This is an on-site position based in either our Raleigh OR Goldsboro office.
Duties include:
- Analyzing cases and quickly spotting issues
- Identifying, preserving, and collecting evidence.
- Deciphering complex factual scenarios.
- Locating insurance and investigating additional sources of insurance coverage.
- Communicating with clients who have been tragically injured or have lost loved ones, demonstrating a caring and empathetic disposition.
- Managing paralegals and other staff.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
- At least 3 years of experience working in personal injury.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to provide excellent client service.
- A creative approach to pursuing novel causes of action.
- Ability to quickly spot issues and evaluate and build strategies for cases that will need to be litigated.
