Description:
Center City Civil Litigation Defense Firm has immediate openings for Attorneys with at least 3 years of experience. Both Pennsylvania and New Jersey law license are required. Position provides opportunities for professional growth and well defined economic advancement. Collegial environment with team approach and support.Attorney Responsibilities:
- Active File Management to include client reporting, record/discovery review, depositions, motions, arbitrations and trial.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and advance motion/briefs.
- Draft and review status reports, pleadings, discovery, medical summaries and motions.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case and exit strategies.
- Manage case files efficiently while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date with daily time accounting.
- Travel requirement within Eastern PA and New Jersey for Court events with opportunities for client relationship and business development.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of personal injury law (high priority given for prior defense experience)
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
