Overview:
A National Litigation & Business Transactions Law Firm, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an excellent opportunity for Medical Malpractice/Healthcare Litigation Attorneys who reside and are admitted to practice in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania, with a preference for candidates admitted to practice in both states.

The ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience specializing in medical malpractice/healthcare litigation matters. You will primarily defend a variety of complex healthcare matters while working with a national team of talented litigators who value collaboration and mentorship. You will work under the direction of a highly successful trial attorney and firm leader who represents clients nationwide and has experience in other fields including labor and employment, cyber liability and data security, environmental claims and toxic tort, premises liability, and casualty matters. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.

Candidates must be licensed in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania, with a preference for those licensed in both states.
