The candidate will be responsible for managing a case load, appearing at hearings, developing relationships with office staff and clients, communication via telephone and email, data entry into the firm's case management system, document drafting, e-filing, etc.
Position Requirements:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and be in “good standing.”
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere, Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is welcomed, but not required.
- Ability to think and act independently.
- Prior experience in real estate, estate planning, probate, creditor's rights or civil litigation is welcomed, but not required.
