Description:
Council & Associates, LLC is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who can hit the ground running to provide our clients with outstanding representation. Our ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have experience litigating various personal injury cases at the federal and state level. Expert proficiency in conducting depositions, and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery is required.Salary is commensurate with experience and includes a generous bonus structure. Responsibilities:
- Develop case strategies and provide direction to litigation paralegals and legal assistants
- Prepare and respond to motions, briefs, and other various litigation pleadings
- Conduct and defend case depositions
- Prepare for and attend mediations, arbitrations, and/or trials
Qualifications:
- Substantive experience litigating cases in both federal and state courts
- Proficiency in writing and responding to motions and various litigation pleadings
- High-level proficiency in handling all aspects of discovery
- Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Georgia
- Candidate must be comfortable with frequent client contact
- Expert proficiency in mediating and/or trying personal injury cases
Compensation:
- $100,000+ yearly
