One of New York's top plaintiff's personal injury firm seeks an associate attorney with immediate availability.Work in the heart of Manhattan, several blocks from Grand Central Station in our full-service office building, occupying two full floors.
The candidate MUST possess the following:
- Excellent communication;

- Desire to learn;
- Very organized/detail oriented;
- Able to handle a large case load;
- Able to multi-task;
- Able to perform under pressure;
- Familiarity with no-fault/serious injury threshold law
- The candidate should be able to draft legal documents including, but not limited to: bill of particulars, discovery and dispositive motions, opposition to discovery and dipositive motions, responses to discovery demands, and take depositions on auto and premises cases
- Have knowledge of electronic filing requirements in State and Federal Courts; Preferred knowledge of Trial Works, Outlook, and Word;
- Be responsible and must be able represent the firm in a manner befitting a top New York Law Firm;
