A White-Shoe International Law Firm's Corporate & Finance Practice Group is seeking a senior level investment management associate for the New York office.Qualified applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience in investment management transactional work, including in hedge fund formation, and familiarity with the Advisers Act and the Investment Company Act; strong research, writing and analytic skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; and an ability to work successfully as part of a team. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references.
