Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal forums.
- Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal trends.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
