In this role, you will litigate civil cases, including helping to conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage case files. You will gain valuable experience while learning from seasoned attorneys. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their civil litigation skills and advance their career.Responsibilities:
- Prepare briefs, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Prepare for and attend legal proceedings
- Prepare cases for trial
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
Qualifications:
- Two years or more of experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-task and work independently
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues
