We are looking for attorneys with litigation experience, to join our team. Construction litigation experience is a plus, but is not required. Compensation- $110,000+ annually depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Litigating construction defect and/or general liability cases
- Immediate hands-on experience with depositions, motions, mediation, trial preparation, etc.
- Active involvement in case handling strategy
- Mentorship and training is available, as needed
- Direct communication with clients and their insurers
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in Colorado
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a civil litigation law firm
- While experience in construction defect law is preferred, it is not mandatory. But at the very least, a sincere interest in learning and practicing construction-related law is necessary.
- Proficiency in online research software
- Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills are a must
Compensation:
$110,000+ yearly DOE
