How will you make an impact?
The Attorney is responsible for providing clients with legal advice, guidance and representation.

What Will You Do?
  • Manages cases from inception through trial.
  • Communicates with clients, adjusters, medical professionals, opposing counsel, the Court, and your team in order to resolve cases efficiently and effectively.
  • Investigates claims and gathers evidence.
  • Documents injuries and expenses and reviews medical records.
  • Drafts pleading, motions, and other legal documents
  • Negotiates settlements.
  • Strategic thinking in order to zealously advocate for all clients.
  • Manages personnel, including training, coaching, hiring, and discipline.
  • Assists with training personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of an accredited law school - Juris Doctorate
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Bar
  • Advanced computer skills required

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years of personal injury experience
  • Proficiency in case management software
  • An understanding of medical treatment

Physical Requirements:
  • Role is subject to an office environment.? Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
