Requirements:
  • Attorney licensed to practice law in Utah (may consider law school graduates sitting for the summer Bar 2023).
  • Be able to effectively manage time.
  • Be able to maintain a professional demeanor with diverse groups of people.
  • Preference may be given to applicants with two or more year's experience as a licensed attorney.
  • Preference may be given to an attorney who is also admitted to practice in Wyoming and/or Idaho.
  • Preference may be given to attorneys able to work full time on-site in our Salt Lake office.

If part-time, responsibilities will include a significant amount of consulting, document review, and assisting clients with a variety of legal issues. Flexible hours are ideal for supplementing income. The attorney could work remotely and would be paid hourly.

If full-time, in addition to part-time responsibilities, the attorney will also have his/her own caseload. The attorney would be salaried and would work in the firm's Salt Lake office located at 5320 S. 900 E., Suite 120, Salt Lake City, Utah 84117. Salary is commensurate with experience.

  • Work with a diverse clientele in a professional manner.
  • Manage all aspects of specific cases and legal matters as assigned.
