Description:
An American Law Firm with Over 500 Lawyers is seeking a Corporate Associate with two to four years of experience to join our Salt Lake City office. This associate will work primarily in our Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, but they would also have the opportunity to work on capital markets transactions and '34 Act projects, plus a variety of general corporate matters, including corporate restructurings, strategic partnerships, fund formation, and private equity and venture capital investments.Qualified candidates will have:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
- Two to four years of corporate experience, including mergers and acquisitions experience and ideally capital markets experience;
- Strong communication and writing skills;
- Top academic credentials; and
- Utah bar admission or the ability to become licensed in Utah
Candidates that are bilingual or multilingual are preferred.
