Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing client relationships, maintaining a caseload, handling discovery, supervising support staff and litigating cases in court. Salary and commission schedule commensurate with experience level plus health insurance.

The lawyer would assist the firm in servicing its contract for a group services legal plan with thousands of members across the state. The position involves assisting clients with their legal needs through telephonic consultations, document review, legal research, and limited scope representation in many different areas of law.
