Description:
We are a small insurance defense firm. We handle mostly personal injury cases, both plaintiff and defense.We are looking for an attorney with a personal injury background, with experience in both New Jersey and New York law. The candidate must be able to take and defend depositions, perform detailed review of medical records and draft professional, analytical evaluation reports, and attend Court Appearances virtually or in-person, as required by the Court.
Must be self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to handle the fast pace of civil litigation.
There is no minimum billable hour requirement.
There is no minimum desk time or days in the office required.

License/Certification:
- Bar in both New Jersey and New York (Required)
