Position Overview:We are seeking attorneys with 5–10 years of experience in commercial, and residential real estate transactions, real estate litigation, commercial loan and commercial tenant work. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and proficient in legal practice management systems and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate transactions, commercial loan matters, commercial landlord/tenant issues and real estate ligation as needed.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide strategic legal counsel.
- Utilize case management systems and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 5–10 years of experience
- Strong management, organizational, and technology skills.
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
