Description:

CCG Legal is looking for an exceptional lawyer to join our team to support multiple business teams across Intel's Client Computing Group (CCG). CCG is Intel's largest business unit, responsible for the CPUs and GPUs sold in hundreds of millions computers each year.

In this role, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Working with peer CCG Legal team members to advise on technology transactions, IP collaborations, product launches and marketing, legal risks, partnerships with OEMs and software vendors, and more.
  • Supporting the business teams responsible for Intel's graphics engineering, design, and architecture, as well as CCG's commercial segments and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Drafting and negotiating agreements and advising on a wide array of legal matters across CCG's business, including technology transactions, IP, antitrust, security, privacy, marketing, software licensing, collaborations, export, pre-litigation, and more.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
A JD degree, current state bar membership, and minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience for the role
