Description:

Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP, one of the largest and most respected law firms in the North Bay, is seeking a motivated associate attorney to join our litigation group. In this position, associate will work closely with partners and a collaborative team on a broad range of civil litigation including trust and probate matters. This is a hands-on role offering immediate responsibility, direct client contact, and strong mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft clear, persuasive pleadings and motions
Draft, negotiate, and manage discovery
Take and defend depositions
Appear and argue in court
Participate in case strategy and settlement negotiations
