Description:

Provides legal analysis and counsel to clients by knowing state and federal regulations and laws; understanding policy, and regulations; presenting legal options and opinions; conducting legal research; reviewing, negotiating, and writing agreements. Considerable knowledge of mergers & acquisition, financial offerings, financial structuring, securities offerings, compliance issues, ESOP transactions, nondisclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements, and business strategic planning. Familiarity with legal agreements and documents, federal procedures, and legal terminology is required in performing the varied assigned projects within established time constraints.

Qualifications:
JD or foreign equivalent with LLM degree, member in good standing of a Bar Association in the U.S. 3 years of legal experience in the job offered and 3 years of experience with the legal environment in China and/or Taiwan as evidenced by employment with a law firm in Taiwan/China and/or in-house experience with public company in Taiwan/China. Experience can be gained concurrently. Must be fluent in the English and Mandarin languages.
