Description:
This is a full-time on-site role at our Sandy Springs, GA office for an Associate Attorney who specializes in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. The successful candidate will conduct due diligence reviews for clients engaged in mergers and acquisitions, identify legal and business risks, and provide strategic advice to clients. They will also assist in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.Qualifications:
- A JD from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law.
- Minumum 3 years of experience in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
